How do I apply?

Please contact us with your name, address, telephone and date of birth by either phoning our helpline 03456 434 435 and speaking to our advisors Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, or send your details via our webchat by clicking on the ‘ask’ button on our homepage to give consent for us to register you on our database. Once registered we will be able to send out an Alert Card application form to you to fill in and return.
