Coping with Loss and Change

Our ‘Coping With Loss And Change’ course helps to prepare you for dealing with the losses and changes you have experienced since becoming a carer, consider the notions of control, influence and acceptance of these changes and how you feel about them.  The course will allow you to consider the changes you might want to bring about, what barriers may prevent you from doing this and how you can overcome these barriers.  You will have the opportunity to acknowledge losses in ways that feel safe and beneficial to you and the course will assist you to develop your own strategies to look after your own needs around change and loss.
