Scone based pizza (no yeast pizza base)

Cooking time: 20 mins
Ingredients
225g plain flour
1tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
50g butter
2 eggs, beaten + 3 tbsp milk
Method
Mix together flour, salt, baking powder.
Rub in butter.
Add eggs & milk, a bit at a time, bringing mixture together into a dough.
Roll out and place on pizza tray.
Add your toppings.
Bake, as for any homemade pizza, on a high heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Tip: This is a good alternative to a yeast-based pizza base. It’s a different texture – but still tasty!
