It can help you find answers to common questions, explore support options, and access helpful advice quickly – especially at times when our team may not be available, such as evenings, weekends, or bank holidays.

It’s important to be clear that Bridgit Care is not a member of our staff. When using the platform, you are interacting with artificial intelligence rather than a Devon Carers advisor. While it can provide helpful information and signposting, it does not replace the personalised support, expertise, and human connection offered by our team.

We see Bridgit Care as an additional layer of support – something you can turn to for quick guidance, reassurance, or direction whenever you need it. For more complex situations, emotional support, or tailored advice, our staff remain here for you during our usual opening hours.
