Our Helpline 03456 434 435 is available Monday to Fridays from 8am – 6pm and on Saturday 9am – 1pm. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
When you call our helpline you will greeted by a welcome message, which outlines our sharing and data protection policy. Once you have listened to this message we aim to answer your call within 4 rings. If you choose to leave a message we will try and return your call within 4 working hours.
Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and must be included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes in the same way. Calls from landlines and mobiles are included in free call plans.
If you do not have a free call plan then normal call charges will apply, please check with your service provider for details. Calls from landlines are typically charged up to 13p per minute plus call set up fee, but calls from a mobile can be up to 55p per minute.
