Working age carers

As an unpaid carer you have many transferable skills (that can be included in your CV) to help you back into employment: e.g. organisational and time management skills; problem-solving and decision making skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills; negotiating skills; form filling and budgeting; capacity to remain calm and resourceful under pressure; resilience; empathy.
